The concept of WELLNESS was introduced into our mainstream society through Dan Rather’s November 1979, “60 Minutes” segment on a new health movement known by that name.
He identified Wellness as “A word you don’t hear every day.”
Who knew then that decades later, “Wellness” would, in fact, be a word that we hear every day, or nearly every day!
Originally, wellness pretty much meant the opposite of illness and was focused on our physical body.
Today Wellness is so much more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of growth that includes our mind, our emotions and our energy as well as our body.
And Wellness matters. Wellness matters because everything we feel, think, and do relates to our well-being.
The information you will find here, and in my classes, private sessions and certification trainings are all offered to help you gain control of your own Wellness and Well-being, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.
The message is offered many different ways as ideas, solutions, processes, and techniques that offer you a very high level of wellness that you can count on as a stable foundation in your life. Here you build and maintain your optimal level of wellness; physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically which is crucial to living a higher quality life. And from that vantage point, you can attract and achieve what you are wanting; creating a wonder life!
